Thank you for your support of SSWR. Once this Special Event request form is completed and submitted, the information will be sent to the hotel, audio-visual, and Travelink for additional processing. You should expect the hotel and audio-visual company to contact you directly.
Room assignments will be made three (3) weeks prior to the conference. Space will not be assigned or guaranteed without signed Co-Location Agreement and completed SSWR Special Request Form. Any requests submitted after December 2, 2024 will be subject to availability.
SSWR has contracted meeting space at the Sheraton Grand Seattle Hotel. There is no charge for the meeting space to approved host (reception/meeting).
Reminder: Hotel will require a credit card for all events.
