There are two ways for poster presenters to participate this year: in-person or virtually. However, there will be a limited number (first come, first serve) of hybrid/virtual poster presentation slots in the virtual e-poster gallery. Instructions on how to submit your e-poster file was included on your presentation schedule notification or below.
Poster Development and Submission Instructions
You can find all the relevant and necessary information at the following community sites. By visiting your community site, you can find poster templates, formatting guidelines, in-person/virtual instructions, and additional technical support.

On the community sites there are technical webinars for each type of poster submission. During the technical webinar we review the SSWR conference details including dates and deadlines, how to format your poster, and an overview of the event structure.
Poster Submission Deadline: December 19th, 2022 at 5:00 PM EDT
The Presenter Community Site will also be your one stop shop to download the guidelines & download the poster templates, chat with our tech support, and more. Please take the time to review all of the posted info and utilize the live chat if you have further questions.
ePoster presenters are expected to be present at their ePoster monitor station during the full 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at your station 10 minutes prior to your presentation. Your ePoster presentation is designated with a number which is listed in the program schedule. Please look for the ePoster monitor station with the number that corresponds to your ePoster number. At the end of each ePoster session, all monitor stations will be switched for the next ePoster session.
