This year, SSWR welcomes sponsorships of the following events:
SSWR 2015 conference sponsorship opportunities
- SSWR Conference (overall support)
- Opening Reception (Thursday evening)
- Doctoral Student Panel and Luncheon
- SSWR Membership Meeting Reception
- Coffee breaks
- Registration tote bags
We welcome sponsorships at all levels, from the $200 to the $20,000 level and beyond.
For 2015 conference sponsorships
(1) Choose ONE conference event (from among events 1-6) that you’d like to help sponsor
(2) Choose your level of participation (from $200 and upward)
(3) Convey your chosen event and level of participation to Jennifer Lewis at lewis@sswr.org OR 703-352-7797, ext. 213. For your convenience, click here for the pledge/payment form. Please communicate your pledge to Jennifer by DECEMBER 15th to ensure your school/program is fully acknowledged at the SSWR conference.
All sponsors will be acknowledged on the SSWR website (www.sswr.org), on signage prominently displayed at the conference, in conference registration packets, and announcements at the plenary sessions.
