SSWR 2017 Conference App Now Available – – Download NOW Before Arriving in New Orleans!

SSWR is very pleased to announce the CONFERENCE MOBILE APP for the SSWR 2017 Annual Conference is now available. The Conference Mobile APP (hosted by TripBuilder Media) has these features:

• searchable program by day, presenter/speaker, presentation format, clusters and topics
• create conference itinerary to integrate with your calendar
• pinpoint the various locations of all conference events
• view gallery of conference photos and activities via “Newsfeed”
• see what’s around New Orleans—places to eat, visit, and weather too!
• hashtag the SSWR 2017 Annual Conference via Twitter using “sswr2017”

The SSWR conference app is available on the following platforms: iOS, Android, and HTML5. To download the app into your mobile device(s), plug www.tripbuildermedia.com/apps/sswr2017 into your mobile device’s browser or search “SSWR 2017” on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This link will automatically detect your mobile type and take you to the right place to download the app. All users must create an account in order to use the app. If you have any questions or need technical assistance, click on the “Help” icon within the app.

Conference Wi-Fi

This year, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available to conference participants in SSWR’s conference meeting spaces (participants staying at the New Orleans Marriott hotel will receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their guest rooms.) Please note that the conference Wi-Fi is intended for downloading and using the Conference Mobile App only.

A limited number of devices may only be connected to the conference Wi-Fi at a given time – so it’s on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage that participants connect to the conference Wi-Fi using one device per participant. If you are not using the Conference Mobile App, we encourage you to please disconnect from the conference Wi-Fi.

Please note that when/if you leave the SSWR conference meeting spaces (e.g. head to your sleeping rooms, off property), Wi-Fi will disconnect and will require manual reconnection in order to use the conference Wi-Fi. New Orleans Marriott hotel lobby will also offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
