The conference host hotel Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel is SOLD OUT. SSWR has secured the Hampton Inn (http://hamptoninn.hilton.com/en/hp/groups/personalized/W/WASHHHX-SSW-20160112/index.jhtml?WT.mc_id=POG) as the overflow hotel located in walking distance of the Renaissance Hotel. To receive the SSWR conference rate, please make your reservation by January 9, 2016. To reserve your hotel room, please reserve online or call the Hampton Inn at 800-955-7349. Be sure to indicate that you are with SSWR in order to receive the conference room rate.

Overview of the SSWR Annual Conference
The SSWR Annual Conference offers a scientific program that reflects a broad range of research interests, from workshops on the latest quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to symposia featuring studies in child welfare, aging, mental health, welfare reform, substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS. Over 500 symposia, workshop, roundtable, paper and poster presentations. Research methods workshops designed to enhance methods expertise and grant-writing skills and special sessions on research priorities and capacity building that target cutting-edge topics vital to contemporary social work research.
