ePoster Presentations Guidelines

REGISTRATION HOTEL RESERVATIONS EXHIBITS/ADVERTISING SCHEDULE

ePoster presentation slides must be submitted by Monday, January 5, 2015.

If you are presenting an ePoster at the SSWR 19th Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA, January 14-18, 2015, please see below for templates and guidelines for developing your ePoster presentation. Please note two requirements:

1. All ePoster presentations must use one of SSWR’s ePoster templates: PowerPoint (PC) or Keynote (Mac).
VERY IMPORTANT: Your ePoster files should be saved following this file name protocol: last name.first name.day of presentation

2. All ePoster presentations must be submitted electronically at http://eposterboards.com/e-poster-upload/ by Monday, January 5, 2015, 12:00pm, Eastern Time.
